Building machine learning methods on multi-omics and clinical data to generate actionable insights for cancer patients. I'm part of the Applied Bioinformatics division (Prof. Benedikt Brors) at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and Heidelberg University, working on graph machine learning, telomere biology, and knowledge representation for precision oncology.
